Generally good, but I am not having satisfactory success with plug plants

Well packaged and quick delivery

Fast delivery and excellent quality plants,

I am sure the plants from T and M are fine i had 3 parcels delivered the lavender delivered by yodel was fine but the 2 parcels delivered by Evri were terrible the boc of perenials and fuchias were smashed and looked like the box had been thrown around i managed to salvage about half of what looked like they had been decent plants. Please dont use Evri.

Made a few orders. Some plants arrive half dead and plug plants are large seedlings rather than something a bit robust.

I was very impressed with the product I bought from you and the speed and care of the delivery too

After an initial blip ( I raised my issue and the initial response made me feel as though I was not believed but this was rectified) the customer care team then resolved the matter and replacement planets were received quickly, these ones were up to the usual high standard of Thompson & Morgan

Plants arrived very quickly. They are all growing well

You just consistently provide good quality plants, which arrive superbly packed, and reliably flourish every time. Plant cultivation is not an exact science, and you do very well, better than some of my friends, who choose more expensive suppliers. Well done.

Great value/quality and packaged well

I had a problem with the availability of a couple of orders. I spoke to the team on a couple of occasions and they were super helpful. Arranged for refunds which happened straight away.
If only all customer support teams operated like this life would be so much easier.

I ordered 5 quite expensive Ilex Crenata (Japanese Holly) plants, which should have been dark green, bushy and evergreen. I couldn’t have been more disappointed with what I received - thin, twiggy with yellow leaves and many leaves had already fallen off. I felt a bit fobbed off when I complained. I was told they probably just needed sunlight, offered 50% refund and they asked me to wait a month to see if they greened up in that time. 3 weeks later there is no change yet. I know I will probably get a full refund, but I am shocked that this company were happy to send out such pathetic and sorry looking plants in the first place. I won’t order from them again.
